Responsibilities
- Prompt Design & Optimization: Craft and refine complex prompts to maximize the accuracy, safety, and relevance of AI outputs.
- Model Performance Analysis: Monitor model behavior, identify failure points, and implement iterative improvements to enhance response quality.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute experiments to compare different prompt strategies and determine the most effective approaches.
- Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base of prompt libraries, best practices, and technical documentation.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering workflows into our production infrastructure.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI and NLP to apply cutting-edge techniques to our products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, AI research, or a related technical field.
- Technical Background: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP concepts, and LLM mechanics.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and experience working with APIs or SDKs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related discipline.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex logic problems.
