Responsibilities
- Design & Optimize: Create complex, multi-step prompts that drive high-quality, contextually accurate responses from generative AI models.
- Model Evaluation: Rigorously test and evaluate model outputs to minimize bias, hallucinations, and errors.
- Integration: Work closely with software engineers to seamlessly integrate prompt logic into scalable production applications.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed libraries of effective prompts and develop internal guidelines for AI usage across the organization.
- Innovation: Experiment with emerging AI architectures (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to find novel applications for our business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record of using and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, or PaLM.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and RESTful APIs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, nuance, and tone.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex problems into clear, actionable instructions for AI agents.
