Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine high-quality prompts for various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Analyze model outputs to identify errors, biases, and hallucinations, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate prompt engineering workflows into production pipelines.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates for different use cases (coding, creative writing, analysis).
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to optimize for accuracy and engagement.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP, prompt engineering techniques, and AI ethics.
- Document prompt logic and best practices for the broader engineering team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or linguistics with a focus on AI.
- Strong understanding of how Large Language Models work and their limitations.
- Familiarity with Python and RESTful APIs is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.
- Excellent command of grammar, syntax, and tone across multiple languages and styles.
- Experience with fine-tuning models or working within RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures is a plus.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
