Responsibilities
- Design and Refine Prompts: Create, test, and optimize complex prompts to maximize the performance and accuracy of AI models, specifically GPT-4 and Claude.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and feedback loops to evaluate model outputs and identify areas for improvement.
- Iterative Optimization: Continuously tweak prompt structures and parameters to improve response quality, reduce hallucinations, and enhance user experience.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries, strategies, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to align AI capabilities with business goals.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Prompt Engineering, NLP, or a related AI field.
