Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and refine AI prompts for enterprise-level language models
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for scalable AI deployment
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior
- Document best practices and create prompt engineering playbooks
- Monitor emerging AI trends to integrate innovative techniques
- Train stakeholders on prompt optimization methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with NLP frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic)
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production AI systems
- Expertise in Python and prompt engineering libraries (LangChain, Haystack)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven experimentation mindset
- Excellent written communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation
