Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompt structures for various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Bard) to maximize output quality and accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative optimization of prompts to achieve specific business objectives and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt-based solutions into production applications and APIs.
- Monitor model performance metrics and implement feedback loops to continuously improve AI behavior over time.
- Document prompt libraries, syntax, and best practices to establish a scalable framework for future AI projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, content strategy, or a similar creative role.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Large Language Model architecture.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for data analysis and script automation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex conversational logic and edge cases.
