Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate high-impact prompts for NLP models to achieve specific business objectives
- Develop prompt libraries and documentation standards for enterprise AI applications
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune model outputs through strategic prompt engineering
- Conduct A/B testing of prompt variations to optimize response quality and accuracy
- Create prompt templates for scalable deployment across multiple use cases
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI system performance related to prompt effectiveness
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI model interaction design
- Expertise with LLM frameworks (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and fine-tuning methodologies
- Strong understanding of NLP principles and transformer architectures
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into effective prompt strategies
- Experience with Python and API integration for AI systems
