Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures for AI-driven workloads and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead the technical strategy for the company's 2026 roadmap, defining standards for cloud-native applications.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure end-to-end system security, data sovereignty, and regulatory compliance in all architectural designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into production environments.
- Optimize existing systems to handle exponential data growth and real-time processing demands.
- Conduct architectural reviews and make critical decisions on technology stacks and vendor selection.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or Cloud Computing.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and large language model deployment.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
