We are seeking a visionary Principal AI Engineer to lead our R&D division, focusing on the development of next-generation predictive algorithms and self-evolving machine learning models.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical computer science and real-world deployment, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and ethically sound.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models for autonomous navigation and decision-making systems.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in researching cutting-edge topics such as Quantum Machine Learning and Neuromorphic Computing.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product releases, focusing on hyper-personalization and predictive user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, hardware engineers, and data scientists.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish white papers on advanced AI architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing production-level machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Experience with real-time data processing and low-latency inference systems.
