Responsibilities
- Define Roadmaps: Architect the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and ethical standards.
- Model Optimization: Design and implement state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents optimized for real-time decision making.
- System Integration: Integrate AI components into complex software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability and low latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of robust security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure AI safety.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams.
