Responsibilities
- Architect AI Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems for large-scale machine learning models and AI agents.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Translate business objectives into technical strategies, defining the technical vision for our flagship AI products.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of disparate AI models, databases, and cloud services into a cohesive ecosystem.
- Tech Innovation: Explore and prototype cutting-edge technologies (LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, Neural Rendering) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of engineering excellence, mentoring senior engineers and architects within the organization.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks early in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Principal Architect or Staff Engineer role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically involving Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- AI Specialization: Demonstrated success in deploying and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
