Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and design systems
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on analytics and user feedback
- Ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance and accessibility best practices
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale
- Maintain and evolve our design library in Figma
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and component systems
- Certification in UX (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation)
- Experience with Jira and agile development workflows
