Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define and implement innovative user interface solutions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Translate complex customer needs and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our existing design system and component library to ensure consistency.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in the industry.
Qualifications
- A robust portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills and a clear design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
- Experience with HTML/CSS or front-end development is a plus.
