Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights and define user personas and journey maps.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create visually compelling UI components, icons, and assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical requirements are met.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and the wider team for feedback and iteration.
- Maintain a consistent design system and ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are met.
- Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
