Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Execute usability testing sessions and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and clients
- Stay current with UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, spacing, and color theory
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Part-time availability of 20-25 hours/week with flexibility for client meetings
