Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- User Research: Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and synthesize data to inform design decisions.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs adhere to WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Visual Design: Maintain a consistent visual language across all digital touchpoints and brand assets.
- Testing & Iteration: Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback to optimize user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
- Portfolio: A strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing a range of web and mobile design projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on user-centered problem solving.
