Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Develop and maintain user personas and user journey maps to guide the design process.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure design implementation is accurate and pixel-perfect.
- Translate complex user feedback into actionable design improvements.
- Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive for all users.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in UX/UI design, preferably within a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, case studies, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Self-motivated individual who can manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
