Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Craft user-centric interfaces that drive engagement and conversion while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define product requirements and translate them into design specifications.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and defend your creative decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and data analytics to continuously improve product performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing case studies of mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and wireframing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
- Experience in the SaaS or E-commerce industry is highly preferred.
