Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and drive product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the wider team and leadership.
- Create intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proven proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
