Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD that align with brand guidelines
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and design systems for scalable solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct A/B tests and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
