Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create detailed personas, journey maps, and wireframes
- Design intuitive UI mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with developers to implement pixel-perfect designs with accessibility in mind
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable insights
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing 10+ projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design
- Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals and front-end development constraints
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology and business impact
