Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders) to align design goals
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across digital products
- Present design solutions clearly to executive stakeholders through compelling documentation
- Stay current with UX trends and implement industry best practices in all deliverables
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and measurable impact on user metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
