We're seeking a passionate Part-Time UX Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences for our growing portfolio of healthcare and fintech clients. This flexible position (20-25 hours/week) offers remote flexibility with monthly in-person collaboration in our vibrant El Paso studio. Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and persona development to drive design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web/mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and developers using Figma and Adobe XD
- Execute A/B testing and usability studies to validate design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Champion accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) across all deliverables
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking
- Experience with usability testing and data-driven design iteration
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and responsive design
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through visual storytelling
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
