Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces and wireframes for web/mobile applications
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing user research and prototyping
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
