Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI components across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user behavior metrics and iterate based on performance data
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centered projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies including persona development and journey mapping
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement or business metrics
