Responsibilities

- Analyze user behavior data to drive iterative design improvements
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Contribute to design system documentation and component libraries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with strong prototyping skills
- Expert understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design best practices
