Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma/Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with technical constraints
- Execute usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and champion user advocacy
- Stay current with UX trends and emerging design methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Experience with usability testing and A/B methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating mobile and web design solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
