Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Execute usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with developers to implement design systems
- Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion flows
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for prototyping
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
