Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Create and maintain design systems ensuring brand consistency across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to identify improvement opportunities
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Strong visual design skills with attention to typography and color theory
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
