Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems and maintain design consistency
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Develop design documentation and style guides for cross-functional teams
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered principles
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iteration
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design fundamentals
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
