- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation
- Present design solutions and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on UX trends and best practices
- Document design systems and maintain component libraries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing 5+ live projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility guidelines
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and design thinking
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
