Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Design, implement, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Reviews: Participate actively in code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and performance standards are met.
- Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Agile Methodology: Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for code and processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Database: Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
