Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, implement, and maintain high-quality software code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Debugging & Optimization: Identify and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Testing: Conduct thorough unit, integration, and system testing to guarantee software reliability and security standards.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise technical documentation including API specs, code comments, and deployment guides.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript. Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js is highly desirable.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
