Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native microservices using Go and Python
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and Terraform
- Optimize system performance through database indexing and caching strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to architecture decisions for scalability and security compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
