Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and APIs using modern web technologies.
- Code Optimization: Analyze legacy code and refactor it for better performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of features.
- Testing & Debugging: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to identify bugs and ensure robust functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, concise documentation for all code changes, architecture, and technical specifications.
- Remote Support: Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams during core business hours.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Remote Work: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
