Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for our core platform.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Contribute to the technical debt reduction and modernization of legacy systems.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience with JavaScript, Python, or a similar high-level programming language.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability to work approximately 20-25 hours per week.
