Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code through rigorous code reviews and testing.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical documentation and knowledge base for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Proven experience in software development with proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) or back-end technologies (Node.js, Django).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and API development (RESTful services).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-30 hours per week) in a hybrid or remote capacity.
