Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Design, write, and maintain high-quality, efficient code for web applications and internal tools using modern frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex issues and implement robust, scalable solutions to resolve them efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Code Review: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, security standards, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise technical documentation for APIs, architecture, and deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java. Experience with React, Node.js, or Django is highly preferred.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
