Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect frontend interfaces
- Write clean, efficient backend code in Python/Java with RESTful APIs
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Participate in agile sprints, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Document technical specifications and contribute to architectural decisions
- Mentor junior developers during pair programming sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and at least one modern framework (React/Angular)
- Strong understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating full-stack project implementations
- Ability to commit to 20-30 hours/week during core business hours
