Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 user support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and configure computer systems, printers, and network peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Participate in daily training sessions covering networking, security, and cloud basics
- Assist with software installations, updates, and system maintenance
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve escalated technical challenges
- Support office IT infrastructure including AV equipment and mobile devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/Mac OS
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced team environments
- Eagerness to learn technical concepts and pursue industry certifications
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
