Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions for our core products using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; actively participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimization: Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks to improve speed and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that exceed user expectations.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and robustness.
- Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and interns on the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or similar languages; experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Tools: Strong command of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
