Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software applications and microservices.
- Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best practices across the team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing codebases for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Agile Leadership: Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure project velocity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, along with experience in React or Node.js.
- Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available to work approximately 20-25 hours per week.
- Education: BS in Computer Science or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
