- Execute manual test cases and exploratory testing across web/mobile applications
- Document defects using JIRA with detailed steps and expected results
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify bug fixes
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to improve testing workflows
- Validate UI/UX consistency and functionality across devices/browsers
- Assist in creating comprehensive test documentation and checklists
- Perform regression testing for new feature releases
Qualifications
- 1+ years of manual software testing experience or relevant internship
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Experience testing web applications and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Basic understanding of SDLC/STLC methodologies
- Excellent written communication skills for clear defect reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Currently enrolled in CS/IT program or recent graduate preferred
