Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user needs in product strategy
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design iterations and optimization
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team design standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with live portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design approaches
