Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Document defects with detailed steps to reproduce in JIRA/Asana
- Collaborate with developers to validate bug fixes and regression testing
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain test documentation and test case libraries
- Analyze test results and report quality metrics to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software QA testing (manual or automated)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience with test case management (TestRail, Zephyr)
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
