Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases to identify functional defects and usability issues
- Create detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear reproduction steps
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications
- Document test plans, test cases, and quality metrics
- Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and validate solutions
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA/testing experience (internships accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA preferred)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of SQL or scripting is a plus
- Local Raleigh candidates preferred for occasional on-site meetings
