Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and scenarios to identify defects in software applications.
- Document and track bugs in our issue-tracking system (Jira/Asana) with high clarity.
- Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not introduce new errors.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans and test documentation.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with web browsers.
- Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
- No prior experience in software testing is required; we provide the training.
