Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality across web and mobile platforms
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear steps to reproduce and severity levels
- Perform regression testing on new features and product updates to prevent regressions
- Collaborate with Agile development teams during sprint cycles to prioritize testing efforts
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans and test cases
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional office visits
