Responsibilities
- Model Interaction: Design, test, and refine complex prompts to optimize the performance of LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, and Llama.
- Output Evaluation: Critique and grade AI-generated responses to ensure high standards of accuracy, tone, and relevance.
- Iterative Improvement: Work closely with Data Scientists to fine-tune models based on specific prompt engineering strategies.
- Documentation: Create detailed prompt libraries and style guides to maintain consistency across the organization.
- Testing: Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to determine the most effective approaches for specific use cases.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience working with LLMs, ChatGPT, or other generative AI tools.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python is a plus but not strictly required; strong English proficiency is mandatory.
- Language: Excellent command of English grammar, syntax, and nuance.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex problems and articulate them into clear, concise instructions for AI.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
