Responsibilities

- Develop prompt libraries with version control and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into products
- Research emerging prompt techniques and document best practices
- Monitor AI output quality and implement safeguards against hallucinations
- Train junior team members on prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on prompt engineering or NLP experience
- Expertise in LLM platforms (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and API integration
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in prompt evaluation frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt optimization projects
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Python and prompt engineering libraries (LangChain, Guidance)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
